The challenge
You'll be the engine behind everything People at Floryn. You work closely with Anouk de Wolff (Fractional People Leader) who drives the strategic People agenda; you make sure it actually lands and runs smoothly in day-to-day reality. Every colleague, from the first touchpoint with a recruitment agency to their last working day, feels your care and structure.
You'll also work closely with the Leads and Finance teams on contracts, salary input and planning. You coordinate our recruitment agencies (Floryn doesn't hunt itself, but keeps a sharp eye on which candidates come in), run Recruitee and Revolut, and you're the first point of contact for your colleagues on any HR question.
What will you do?
recruitment coordination: open and close vacancies in Recruitee, brief agencies, monitor the pipeline and keep hiring managers on track;
draft offer letters and employment contracts, kick off VOG applications and check references;
onboarding from A to Z: from pre-boarding to the 30/60/90-day check-ins;
keep Revolut tidy: employee records, documents, leave, org chart, reporting, and run the performance and review cycle operationally;
manage the sick leave process end-to-end: register and monitor absences, act as the first point of contact for the employee and their manager, coordinate with the arbodienst and bedrijfsarts on case management and reintegration (Wet Poortwachter);
support the annual salary benchmarking: pull data from the benchmarking tool, maintain the salary bands and prepare per-role overviews;
conduct exit interviews, capture themes and turn them into concrete improvement actions;
deliver the monthly payroll mutations to Finance on time and complete — Finance runs payroll itself;
be the first point of contact for day-to-day questions about contracts, leave, sick leave reporting, benefits and policy;
keep the employee handbook, policies and HR templates per country up to date.
What does Floryn offer?
Salary between €3500 - €4500 gross per month (based on 40 hours) depending on experience

Where will you work?
From our office in Den Bosch, you'll work hybrid with a team of over 80 smart and driven colleagues. Floryn is not a bank, we are entrepreneurs: short lines, fast decisions and room for good ideas. You work at least 3 days in the office if you work 4 days a week, and 4 days in the office if you work full-time.

Job requirements
You are a natural organiser who gets energy from overview, structure and people. You sharpen processes and keep the human side firmly in view. You're discreet, proactive, and colleagues feel safe coming to you with sensitive topics.
In addition:
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a People Operations, HR Operations or HR Officer role, preferably in a scale-up or fast-growing international organisation;
You have hands-on experience with an HRIS (Revolut is a strong plus) and an ATS (Recruitee is a strong plus);
You have solid working knowledge of Dutch employment law: contracts, VOG, leave, sick leave (including Wet Poortwachter) and offboarding;
You're used to managing external recruitment agencies and holding them to clear standards;
You speak and write fluent Dutch and English;
You work accurately, get energy from clean data and hit your deadlines with ease.
