We're looking for our first dedicated commercial team member for the German market – a driven and strategic Account Manager Partnerships who will help lay the foundation for our growth in Germany – and play a pivotal role in establishing our partner ecosystem in the region. This is a unique opportunity to join a proven fintech with startup energy and scale-up momentum – and play a key role in building something new from the ground up.
Your Role
As our first boots-on-the-ground in Germany, you’ll drive growth through strategic partnerships with financial advisors, brokers, and platforms in NRW and surrounding regions. You’ll manage everything from acquisition to deal execution – all backed by Floryn’s proven technology and strong in-house team.
We work fully digitally – meaning all your meetings, deal flows, and internal communication can be done remotely. But living in the West German region (ideally NRW) means you're also well-positioned to attend events, visit partners, or travel occasionally to our HQ in Den Bosch (NL).
What You’ll Do
Build and manage Floryn’s partner ecosystem across Nordrhein-Westfalen
Identify and acquire new partners (brokers, consultants, fintechs, etc.)
Handle SME loan applications up to €3 million, using our in-house tools and smart data models
Represent Floryn at regional events, networking opportunities, or virtual roadshows
Translate market insights and partner feedback into product improvements and strategic plans
Use tools like Hubspot, Slack, Google Meet and Notion to manage deals and collaborate seamlessly
Serve as the key commercial contact between Germany and our HQ in the Netherlands
🌍 Preferred Location
To stay close to our German partner base and keep travel to our Dutch HQ smooth, we prefer candidates based in or near Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Köln, or Essen.
This role is remote at first – but occasionally joining us for team days or partner events in the Netherlands (HQ in Den Bosch) is part of the experience. We’ll take care of your travel and accommodation:

Job requirements
Who You Are
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
5+ years of experience in a commercial B2B role – e.g. partnerships, business development, account management
Deep understanding of the financial services or fintech ecosystem in Germany
Native German, fluent English
Experience managing partner channels and handling financing solutions for business clients
You enjoy autonomy and take ownership of your market
Strategic thinker, hands-on executor
Familiar with remote working tools and cross-border collaboration
Living in NRW region is a strong advantage
