As an Account Manager Partners, you’ll join an international fintech scale-up entering Germany. Your role

Floryn is looking for an Account Manager Partners to play a key role in scaling its German market. In this position, you operate within a fast-growing commercial team where structure, prioritisation and speed are essential to converting partner-driven opportunities into results.

You work closely with two Country Sales Managers who are responsible for managing strategic partnerships. Your focus lies on execution: managing, prioritising and closing a continuous flow of deals generated by partner networks.

These partners provide a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities, placing you at the operational core of the commercial process. Success in this role requires strong ownership, disciplined pipeline management and the ability to keep multiple deals moving in parallel.

What you’ll do

  • Partner deal management: You manage and close deals from large partner organisations, handling a high and continuous flow of qualified opportunities that require fast prioritisation and execution.

  • Advisor relationships: You build and maintain strong relationships with advisors within partner networks. You are their go-to contact.

  • Pipeline and deal ownership: You take full ownership of your pipeline, ensuring all deals are accurately tracked in CRM and progress smoothly from intake to close.

  • Sales process execution: You guide deals through the full process, align internally when needed, and make sure each case progresses with speed and clarity.

  • Partner collaboration: You work alongside senior account managers who own the partnerships. You share insights from your day-to-day interactions to improve collaboration and output.

  • Relationship building & events: You organize and attend meetings with partners and advisors, such as lunches or events, to evaluate the collaboration and strengthen relationships.

  • Continuous improvement: You identify patterns in deals, share learnings and contribute ideas to improve how the partner channel operates.

Preferred location 

This is a remote/hybrid role. You primarily work from home while staying closely connected to the German market and maintaining regular contact with partners and advisors.

You will occasionally travel to the head office in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands to connect with the team and align on strategy and execution.

Job requirements

Job requirements

We are looking for someone who enjoys relationship-driven sales, takes ownership and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales or partnerships

  • Experience in fintech, banking or financial services

  • Strong communication skills in German (English is a plus)

  • Comfortable managing multiple deals and working with CRM systems

  • Able to work independently and build your own network

  • Affinity with data-driven and technology-focused environments
