Floryn is looking for an Account Manager New Business who enjoys pioneering, takes responsibility and wants to play a key role in building and scaling our German market.

What will you be doing?
As Account Manager New Business, you will be part of a small and growing German sales team. You work closely with two Country Sales Managers, Client Success Managers and Underwriters in an international setting, with more hires planned throughout 2026 as we scale our German operations.
This is a hands-on sales role where you'll be the first point of contact for new German leads. This means you will manage inbound leads (no cold calling). You'll handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from leads who need assistance, have questions about our flexible financing solution, and want to explore their financing options.
Your responsibilities
Inbound sales & closing
You handle warm inbound leads from channels such as paid search and direct applications. Many entrepreneurs actively request contact and have already shared financial information. You guide them from first conversation to a successful financing, typically between €10,000 and €250,000.Client conversations
You conduct structured intake calls by phone, asking the right questions to understand the entrepreneur’s business, financing needs and goals. Based on this, you explain Floryn’s solution clearly and pragmatically.Funnel and pipeline management
You take ownership of your pipeline, follow up on qualified leads and manage deals through the sales funnel. Much of the process is automated, but your judgement, prioritisation and communication make the difference.Process translation to the German market
You help translate existing Dutch sales processes, intake questions and client communication to the German market. You provide input on wording, email flows and nurture sequences based on your conversations with German entrepreneurs.Collaboration on cases
You work closely with underwriting, risk, compliance and legal teams, especially on more complex cases where additional alignment is required.Continuous improvement
You actively contribute ideas to improve lead handling, sales workflows and the overall client journey, taking ownership of small optimisation projects where needed.
Preferred location and way of working
To stay close to our German client base and keep travel to our Dutch HQ smooth, we prefer candidates based in or near Köln, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Essen or The Netherlands.
This role is remote or hybrid. You work primarily from home, with occasional team days or events at our headquarters in Den Bosch, approximately once every 3–4 weeks. Travel and accommodation are fully arranged and reimbursed.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with entrepreneurs, takes ownership of their work and feels comfortable in a structured, fast-growing environment.
Native German and fluent English. Dutch is not needed, but would be a plus.
Experience in a commercial or customer-facing role, or the ability to learn quickly in a structured sales environment
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
You are commercially minded and have strong communication skills
Affinity with financial products, SaaS or fintech, or a clear willingness to learn
Experience with CRM systems and sales workflows is a plus
