Performance Marketeer
's-Hertogenbosch, Noord-Brabant, NetherlandsMarketing
Job description
Who are we?
Floryn is one of the fastest-growing FinTech start-ups in the Netherlands. With our innovative technology, we are turning the financial world upside down and helping many companies get flexible credit, with a much better customer experience and service than at the bank. We are now over 60 people and we want to grow even faster. To support our ambition to grow, we are looking for a Performance Marketer to fulfil our team.
We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketer, who’s looking to make their mark within Floryn. The Performance Marketer will own and manage our paid channels, including paid search and paid social, optimising for customer acquisition and ROAS. You do this by outlining the right strategy, building good campaigns, using data to continuously provide insight and improve performance. You spot growth opportunities in the performance channels as soon as they arise and translate that into insights - and insights into action. This is an important role within Floryn where you will get all the space, enjoy lots of autonomy, and benefit from exposure to other areas of the business.
Your challenge
Not only optimizing, but absolutely exploiting existing lead gen channels such as: Facebook, LinkedIn, Affiliate and Google Ads.
Tapping into new lead gen channels and making them successful, enabling us to grow even faster.
Crushing our OKRs and generating more leads than the sales department can handle.
Data driven analysis and reporting of performance channels.
Setting up, measuring and evaluating growth experiments independently (no worries, we'll teach you in no time).
Sharing performance knowledge within the growth team.
Job requirements
What kind of person we are looking for:
You have 3-5 years hands-on experience executing and managing paid campaigns with Google Ads & Bing Ads and are also sufficiently at home in other performance channels including LinkedIn
Expert performance marketer who has managed at least 7 figures in ad spend throughout their career
Experience with attribution and data reporting and confidence in tooling such as google tag manager, google analytics and Hubspot. Experience with tools such as Looker is a big plus.
Maximise performance across KPI’s (Reach, MQLs, ROI, CPA and Revenue)
Own and manage weekly performance and optimisation reports
Bachelor working and thinking level. Experience in the financial market is a plus but certainly not a must
You are inquisitive and easily able to analyse, interpret and translate data into concrete performance campaigns but also improvement proposals for the CRO backlog
You effortlessly recognise trends in the figures and know how to monitor the behaviour of our B2B target group in order to help determine the course of our strategy
You work closely together with your colleagues from the marketing department and make a proactive contribution to setting up and improving new strategies to be deployed within your channels
You can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, are agile and can cope well with changing priorities and issues inherent in a fast-growing fintech startup
You live within 60 minutes of 's-Hertogenbosch and are willing to commute
What we offer:
Salary expectations between €3.770 - €5.026
Front Row seats at one of the fastest growing tech companies in the Netherlands
A fast-paced work environment with lots of challenges where you can make an impact as colleague #6 in the marketing team
Flat hierarchy with room for your own ideas in a dedicated and motivating environment
Hybrid working culture
Amazing lunch and good coffee provided by Floryn
MacBook Pro and really all the gear you need (also for working from home)
Lots of team activities, from drinks to fun outings
