We have grown to over 60 employees and have already extended more than €650 million in business credit. Because we are growing so much, we are looking for a second Office Manager.

Job requirements

Together with colleague Silvana, you will be responsible for a well-run office. The Office Manager is responsible for a positive and supportive work environment for employees. You will also handle all office duties, organize fun outings, make sure colleagues are engaged and comfortable. You will perform administrative tasks, manage all office supplies and ensure a safe and efficient work environment. As office manager you are our business card, an organizational talent and partly responsible.

Your passion is to support our company in various areas. You take care of:

  • good reception of visitors to our company. You have a warm personality where people immediately feel welcome.

  • your colleagues. You are ready for a chat, stick a plaster now and then and make sure the cupboard is filled with fruit and cookies.

  • arranging office supplies, Friday afternoon drinks, the annual Christmas party and other gifts: leave it up to you!

  • a pleasant working environment for our colleagues and customers. You take care of facility matters, you are tidy, pay attention to details and speak to colleagues if they make a mess. Our cleaners can come to you with questions.

  • Organize (internal) events. You are a talented organizer and organize events with a lot of fun and creativity.

  • Supporting various departments. You like to roll up your sleeves to support colleagues where necessary, think of div. activities, projects, promotion, etc.

  • Improving business processes in the area of accommodation and facility. There is plenty of room to think up and implement optimization steps yourself. You keep in touch with manager and facility suppliers.

  • The ins and outs of the office so that everything runs smoothly and likes to roll up your sleeves yourself.

Who are you?

  • It is important that you like organizing, arranging and supporting colleagues.

  • MBO/HBO working and thinking level

  • You have 1-3 years experience as an Office Manager or have comparable hospitality experience

  • You are independent and take responsibility and you can function well in a dynamic environment

  • Working with a Macbook and Microsoft Office is no problem for you

  • You have an eye for detail and people

  • You have a flexible and proactive attitude

  • You are structured, communicative and creative

  • You are available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays and are willing to occasionally work more hours to replace your colleague in case of vacation or illness.

  • Fluent Dutch is mandatory
