Your role in a nutshell
You will not just be optimizing our existing paid/non-paid channels but will lead the next level campaign strategy and execution.
Finding new channels to grow our business even faster
Initiate many growth experiments in our customer flow and optimize this to perfection.
Lead your area of responsibility with data driven analysis and present back to the team and rest of the company. You are "mr or mrs Growth"!
This is you
Growth hacking and scaling is in your blood and you have a strong track record in growing a business through growth marketing.
You are the master of the growth process, creativity and data analysis is your way of life.
You are experienced with usability testing and data tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Segment, SEMrush, MixPanel en Looker (pre).
You don'y shy away from testing new channels to drive lead gen

What you'll need
You have excellent knowledge (spoken and written) in both Dutch and English.
5+ years of GrowthMarketing, Growth Hacking, CRO experience, familiarity with growth methodologies preferably in the finance or scale-up scene.
Extensive experience in paid and non-paid marketing channels. Know your way around in the (digital) media landscape and drive significant lead generation growth
Comfortable running multiple tests on our lead/inbound channels, website and sign-up pages and other properties.
A very good understanding of UX/UI principles and the psychology behind how people make decisions and engage with web pages. UX design and usability testing experience is a big plus.
You know how to get inside the minds of our target audience, conducting research to understand the nuances of their personas and decision making journeys.
Very data-driven and excellent with marketing analytics (Looker, GA, GSC, MixPanel Hotjar, A/B testing, etc.). We have a great analytics stack, you need to know how to leverage it.
Able to run an effective conversion rate optimization and able to actively contribute to improving our growth strategy, tactics and processes.
You love to design and implement tests and write automation scripts.
